Marshall Bio Resources famously know as MBR Acres in Huntington UK for breeding beagles for laboratories, where they can house up to 2000 beagles.

They also breed Cats, Hounds, ferrets, mini pigs, mice and guinea pigs.

MBR also have breeding sites in the USA.

ENVIGO is mostly known for the Virginia site in the USA being closed down to multiple violations, despite that the UK government gave Envigo here in the UK a £700,000 grant and it continues to operate in Belton, Leicestershire.

Belton site has a colony of 170-180 beagles which they use to bleed out and organ harvest, they also do this with mice, rabbits and other animals.

The Medical Research Council Centre for Macaques is a primate breeding unit established in 2003 to house and breed rhesus macaques, funded by the MRC with support from the Welcome Trust.
